Tips for beginner lawyers

1) Communicate with your employees with greater experience ․ Try to understand on your own what issues they may need help with, and provide with the appropriate support.

2)  Keep track of your speech, how and in what language you are speaking, of course, not forgetting about the content (for example, gossiping in the workplace would not be appropriate for a professional lawyer).

3)  Keep your communication with partners according to the accepted rules. Keep in mind that any emails or scripts will be read by your colleagues, and any error will be noticeable. However, do not abuse the requirements of formality.

4)  Focus on specific results, not working hours. Only the final results will be considered as an indicator of your work.
