The draft submitted by the deputy of the “Bargavach Hayastan” faction Kevork Petrosyan, whom the deputy proposed not to apply the statute of limitations for liability for non-compliance with the constitutional order, did not receive a positive opinion. He was not admitted to the State Law Commission of the National Assembly with 2 votes in favor, 3 against and 4 abstentions.
