Project of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, regarding foreign citizens

The project of the Government of the Republic of Armenia “On determining the areas of activity in which foreign individuals who are allowed to work can import previously used personal customs products into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Community with tax exemption”.

The subject of the project regulation is the use of previously used personal goods for foreign individuals in the Republic of Armenia without the need for customs duties and taxes upon import.

As a result of the adoption of the project, it is expected to create the possibility of importing previously used personal goods for foreign individuals who have received permission to work in the Republic of Armenia without paying customs duties.
