On April 15, Tigran Avinyan signed a decision prohibiting entry into the territory of the dead could be an exception to the ban on entry into the territory of the Republic of Armenia to attend the funeral ceremony. According to the new decision, the relatives of the deceased are not allowed into Armenia.
